On the 2000 5500 Sch A, Lines 1(d) through 1(g) don't print even though the data shows properly on the screen

This is a bug in the EFAST Print control supplied by the DOL. Certain values entered in Line 1(d) cause the problem. Most notably, if there is a D or E in the third character. We have reported this problem to the DOL. An update will be posted if we receive a fixed version of the software from them
