Why doesn't PR allow me to enter "N/A" on numeric fields on the Schedule B?
The DOL has advised us that "N/A" may not be used in any numeric field on the Schedule B. Any item that requires a N/A answer has a N/A checkbox. Other vendors that allow N/A entries are not in compliance with the EFAST specifications.
