I get an error message "A:\DTWIN.DAT could not be be opened" when installing Pension System Version 3.16
On computers without one of our Windows-based products installed, you will receive a message: "The file A:\DTWIN.DAT could not be opened", and then the installation will terminate immediately. Once you have received this error, you can continue the installation as follows: 1) Restart the installation by simply opening and closing the CD drawer or running d:\SETUP.EXE, where d: represents your CD-ROM drive letter. 2) Answer the installation prompts as you did the first time, except when you reach the "License Diskette Installation" screen, accept the default answer of "No, I do not wish to install a License Diskette at this time", and continue with the rest of the installation program prompts. This time the installation will complete normally and the system will have been properly licensed.
