What information should I give the receptionist when I call for support?
The following information helps us help you faster
- Your name
- The name of your company. Please try to give your company's full name. An abbreviation is likely not to uniquely identify your company.
- If possible, give the name under which the software is licensed, not a "doing business as" name. This makes it easier for us to find you in our database, which allows us to give you better service.
- Which DATAIR system your question is on. For instance, "Defined Contribution", "Defined Benefit", "Pension Reporter", etc. Please try to be as specific as possible. For instance, say "Retirement Documents", or "Cafeteria Documents", not just "Documents". You may be surprised how many people tell us their question is on "the DATAIR system." We have a dozen different major products - to us they are all "the DATAIR system."
- A brief description of your question. This will help the receptionist determine who on our staff will best be able to assist you.
