If I have to leave a message, how long will it be before I get a call back?
It is our goal to return calls within two business hours. While we come very close to achieving this goal on all calls, we do occasionally run into problems that prevent us from calling you back within that time.
There are two ways you can help us to achieve that goal.
First, if, when you call, you ask for a specific person, it is much more likely that it will take more than two hours for that person to get back to you. Please see the Knowledge Base Article "When I call DATAIR support, who should I ask for?"
Second, be patient. If you have called and left a message, and we have not called you back, please do not call again until after two hours have passed. After that, please feel free to call us and remind us that you are waiting for a call back.
