What are the hours for DATAIR support?
Our switchboard is open, and our support staff are on duty, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 on Friday.
You may leave an after-hours phone message which will be returned the next business day.
Our Web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also send us faxes or e-mail any time.
DATAIR is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday (1/2 Day)
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (1/2 Day)
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve (3pm)
When a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe the holiday on the preceding Friday. When it falls on a Sunday, we observe it on the following Monday.
