I will be filing a 5330 for a plan after 1/1/2002. Where do I file it?
Form 5330, like the Form 5558, is to be filed at the Ogden Service Center, per the Fall, 2001 Employee Plans News from the IRS. The Ogden address is: Internal Revenue Service Ogden UT 84201-0027 The article also reminds us NOT to send any payments to the PWBA or to the same address as you are mailing the 5500 filings.
