My plan year began before 4/18/2001. How should I answer Line 4k on the 2001 5500 Sch I?
Per the form instructions, this question should be answered "Yes". This is contrary to an article in "The DATAIR News" newsletter which was authored prior to the form instructions being issued, and was based on other information that was provided to us.
