Should I leave the Plan Year Begin & End fields blank on the EFAST forms if it is a calendar year plan?

No. The plan year dates in PR/Win are used across all forms, and not just the EFAST forms, and are REQUIRED data. Calculations, and the SAR are based on these dates. Contrary to information being provided in a non-DATAIR 5500 seminar, the DOL does not require that the PYB and PYE fields be blank for calendar years. In PR/Win, they are required data.
