What are the Exception Codes on Line 4e of the 2000 Schedule T?

For the disaggregated portions of the plan, exception codes can be entered instead of ratio percentages. The code letters are A-E, from Line 3. The form instructions (P.54) for line 4c contains the explanation for exception codes usage on line 4e.
