On the Schedule B, if only the first four pages need to be completed because there are fewer than 100 participants, do I need to file pages 5 and 6 anyway?
No. Maybe. Yes. Take your pick! We've gotten all three answers from the DOL. The only answer we have in writing is that they may be omitted.
