When do I use "Assume 0 Hours means Zero Hours" (on Plans|Provisions|Eligibility)?
This option will almost always be left unchecked. It is used for census entry in which the hours that are not entered will be defined as NOT enough required hours for vesting, service, and allocations. This is for all years that do not have any hours entered. It will affect the past service information and source participation dates for employees without hours entered.
