How do I fill out the provisions for a Volume Submitter document?
Click on the "Volume Submitter Checklist" item on the FolderView, which is analogous to the "Adoption Agreement" entry screens for prototypes.
DS 1.04 only includes a Checklist for Profit Sharing plans. Please see the DS 1.04 release notes for information on the availability of additional plan types.
