Will the SAR be updated to reflect the change from PWBA to EBSA?
Yes. Under authority of the Department of Labor Notice as published in the 2/3/03 Federal Register, (paragraph 4e), the Summary Annual Report was modified to reflect the name change to Employee Benefit Security Administration in the 1.12c update of Pension Reporter. Update: In the 4/3/2003 Federal Register, the EBSA announced that the change in the SAR is not required for SARs required to be delivered prior to 1/1/2004.
