I save the data on the Adoption Agreement, but when I bring it up again, it's blank. What do I do?
We primarily see this on Windows 95 machines that have an older version of Internet Explorer installed, but can also occur on some Windows 98 machines. Installing Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, and then reinstalling DS/Win, generally resolves this issue. Internet Explorer is available free of charge from Microsoft or may also be obtained on CD by contacting DATAIR Technical Support.
Inadequate RAM memory may also cause this problem, although this is less likely. If installing Internet Explorer 5.5 or later doesn't solve the problem, please contact DATAIR Technical Support.
