I'm trying to enter an Enrollment Number that begins with "02", but the zero won't print
This is an error in the EFAST-supplied printing component. PR 1.09c includes an update that addresses this for 2001 forms. For 2000 and prior year forms, the problem will not be corrected, but will not cause a problem for EFAST scanning the forms
